Getting Started

Initial Meeting
We will set up an initial meeting to see where you are in your process and map out next steps.
Site Visit
SKC will go to your homesite to assess your site and talk through home placement, utilities, drive way and everything you will need to consider about your site.
Contract
Once we have built your home on paper and we are all ready to move forward you will sit down with Hannah and Stewart to review your contract.
Design Process
We will be with you through all details in your home. You will meet with our designer to walk you through all selections, we will take your dreams and make them come to life in a beautiful way.
Framing | MEP Walk through
This is when the FUN begins, and your house starts to feel like your home. We will have a framing walk and Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (M.E.P) walk through your home. We will walk through your home to determine your preferences for multiple details within your home.
New Home Orientation
Once your home is complete it’s time to get to know your home! During your New Home Orientation you will walk through your home with your Custom Home team to review systems, warranty information, and answer any questions about the technical aspects of your home.

Congratulations! It’s closing time and you’re ready to move in and enjoy your home!
